From the moment you get in touch with us to enquire about Smokin’ Bean, we’re with you every step of the way. Not sure whether Smokin’ Bean is right for you? We will talk you through the options available to support your business’s needs. Want to try the coffee? Get in touch and one of our friendly team will arrange it! We’re happy to welcome you to our flagship Smokin’ Bean Café at our head office in Epsom, Surrey, where you can see the whole experience for yourself, as well as try out the coffee on our traditional or bean-to-cup machines.
When you have decided to install Smokin’ Bean in your business, we will assign you to your own Smokin’ Bean Ambassador. They will be your main point of contact for the installation of your machine and for the duration of your contract. Building a close relationship between your business and ours is important to us. You will always have someone to speak to who is familiar with your organisation and its individual needs. For technical support, your first port of call is our Support helpline, where our specialist colleagues will be able to assist you.
COFFEE MACHINE TECHNICAL SUPPORT
If your machine breaks down at any point, we offer 7-day support over the phone. Give us a call and our fully technically trained support staff will try to diagnose and rectify the issue there and then. If that’s not possible, we can send a Field Service Engineer out to you. For major faults we will endeavour to be on site within 8 working hours. We have over 30 field-based engineers nationwide who have an impressive first-time fix rate!
We’re able to support with branded solutions for your business. From signage to point of sale materials to advertise and promote to your customers, we have you covered.

COFFEE EXCELLENCE SUPPORT
We’ll make sure you and your staff are fully trained to use your coffee machine. If you have a bean-to-cup machine, your Smokin’ Bean Ambassador will be able to show you how to operate and clean it to keep it in perfect condition. If you have chosen a traditional barista machine, we have a team of SCA qualified trainers who are available to provide professional barista training to your team.
